Ok to make a long story short this is a guide to raise a good Ramarl in my opinion mind you this is not a max stat guide nor is it a way of garunteeing nothing will ever kill you again. Its a guide based off how i have raised my level 133 Ramarl Neriesse to this Point read and enjoy. Now keep a few things in mind I consider myself to be a wholly legit player meaning first and foremost that i dont use an Ar or any other device that actually alters in game data. However i do dupe a trick done in the first version of the game that allows you to copy items via a glitch in the item shop. Even in doing this i dont copy materials which can permanently alter stats just weapons/units/armors. With that said lets get the ball rolling.
Now in my opinion Ramarls are one of the best character classes in the game ill start by covering why i think so . RANGE and LEVEL 20 SPELLS the two biggest weapons in a ramarls inventory. Ramarls can use Just about every gun in game which means they can switch between range, multiple reliable hits with mechs, Power with weapons such as launchers, Or pure crowd control with shotguns. That right there gives them a lot of versatility. Also they can have very good attack power if outfitted properly allowing them to hold their own against powerful groups of enemies. Also due to level 20 spells they can take care of themselves with the proficiency of a mid level force in terms of support and healing. with that said ill go on to describe my level 133 Ramarl for others to make use of.

These are her stats when equipped with a spread needle plus 40 a luminous field Flowens shield 3 god powers and one god arm while having a level 20 shifta and deband cast upon herself. This is my normal setup just because the spreed needle alone is such an effective weapon. Great accuracy and high rate of fire once you obtain one youll wonder how you ever did without it however there are times when i tweak her setup.
When going for the kill in up close and personal combat i don a godhand plus thirty this is how her stats look then.

Notice the dramatic rise in attack power just from shifting to a weapon meant for one on one combat like this my criticals usually hit around the 1200 mark and because of my relatively high luck i land one in every multiple hit combo with weapons such as mechs double sabers and daggers. That coupled with her already high accuracy makes me extremely deadly.
The next setup is with her holding four godarms. This coupled with any weapon with decent hit percentage garuntees i land special attacks with ungodly high proficiency This can be used on a single enemy or a group if you have a spread with a nice special ie Hell freeze or Arrest. with a spread needle these are her ata stats. 281 with Base already maxed by the time it hits 241. With Godarm these are her stats. 316 with ata once again maxed at 241. I call this special summonings.
Next is a simple variation of her basic setup four godpowers instead of three. Not a big difference but it helps in mowing down the masses quicker.I call this brutal bearings. Useful against any enemy since my accuracy is good without being boosted. Her attack witha spread needle with this setup is 1736 the base being 1445 while with the god hand its a noteworthy. 2314 with the base being 1145.
With that done now onto ramarl etiquette. We offer support in mutiple forms be it sniping enemies to keep them distracted or casting level 20 support spells. We can be invaluable to any party couple level 20 spells with merges Madam's Parasols and madam's Umbrellas and we can support a whole team without a force.
Now onto good ramarl weapons. For long range i reccomend angel harp for the very high confuse special. Frozen Shooter or Snowqueen for the constant freeze Or Visk for its paralyzing special. For mechguns i reccomend red mechguns or twin physco guns for the easy to find mechs. Last for up close one on one power and speed red sabers and godhands are a must none of these weapons are too difficult to find.
The best ramarl section ids are as follows. Greenil, Viridia, Purplenum. Whitill and Yellowboze are ok choices but you wont find much by way of guns with these
