When should I attempt episode 2?

Ok, if you are wondering when should I try to complete episode 2? Wonder no more!
Episode 2 is leveled differently.
If you have beaten the forest/cave on normal, go ahead and attempt the temple.
When you beat the mines attempt the spaceship and central control area.
Whence you have beaten Dark Falz a few times, go for Olga Flow.
You can use this guide for any difficulty level. Hope it helps.
